The Country House is composed of different buildings, located around the central area, which has a swimming pool and a park, closed for traffic. Other facilities are the restaurant, the wine cellar, playground for children, table tennis, billiards, bicycles and an entertainment hall.

In addition, it is possible to play tennis on the courts of the neighbouring Recreation Centre, play golf at Club Lamborghini, go sport fishing at the lake of Petrignano and practice horse riding in local equestrian clubs (English and American riding).

You can easily reach a factory outlet of some of the most prestigious Italian companies, of different manufacturing sectors, particularly high fashion names.

The winter thermal centres of San Casciano Bagni and Rapolano are of particular interest. They can easily be visited within one day and offer a special opportunity for relaxation.

Also, within a short distance from the Country House, you can find various antique markets (in Cortona, Arezzo, Città della Pieve), which are usually open on the week-ends during the winter period.

On booking, it is possible to organize a guided excursion with a wine tasting in the Wine Cellar and a walk around the vineyard.
